BPCL has released the recruitment notification

BPCL has released the recruitment notification to fill the  Junior Executive (Engineering), Associate Executive (Engineering), Junior Executive (Accounts), Associate Executive (Quality Assurance), Secretary BPCL Posts. This online facility will be available on the Official website @ https://www.bharatpetroleum.in/ from 28.05.2025 to 27.06.2025. Before submitting an application, candidates must carefully read the BPCL Junior Executive 2025 notification and verify their eligibility.

Educational Qualification for BPCL:

1.     Junior Executive (Engineering) – 

Essential Qualification: Candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering (3-year course) in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics/ Civil/ Chemical Engineering from a recognized University with minimum 60% aggregate percentage (or equivalent CGPA & above), relaxed to Fifty Five Percentage for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates. 
Essential Experience (As on 01.05.2025): 1. Minimum 5 years of continuous post-qualification concerned work experience (including minimum 2 years in managerial / supervisory role)

2.     2. Associate Executive (Engineering) – 

Essential Qualification: Candidate must have passed B. Tech / B.E./ B. Sc (Engg) (4-year course) in Electronics/ Civil/ Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Chemical Engineering from a recognized University with minimum Sixty Percentage aggregate (or equivalent CGPA & above), relaxed to Fifty Five Percentage for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.
Essential Experience (As on 01.05.2025): 1. Minimum 3 years of continuous post-qualification concerned work experience (including minimum 2 years in managerial / supervisory role)

3.     3. Junior Executive (Accounts) – 
Essential Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with minimum Fifty Five Percentage aggregate marks (relaxed to 50% for candidates belonging to SC/ST and PwBD categories) AND have passed the CA Intermediate / CMA Intermediate from CA/ CMA institute respectively.
Essential Experience (As on 01.05.2025):  Minimum 5 years of post-qualification concerned experience in finance function.

4.     4. Associate Executive (Quality Assurance) – 
Essential Qualification: M. Sc (Chemistry), with specialization in Organic / Physical / Inorganic / Analytical chemistry, from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% aggregate percentage (or equivalent CGPA & above), relaxed to Fifty Five Percentage for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories. 
Essential Experience (As on 01.05.2025):  Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification concerned work-experience in a laboratory in Petroleum/ Oil & Gas/ Petro-Chemical Industry.

5.     5. Secretary BPCL – 
Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (3- year course), with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to Fifty Five Percentage for SC/ ST/ PWD categories from a recognized university. AND Class XII with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to Fifty Five Percentage for SC/ST/PWD categories from a recognized institute. AND Class X with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to Fifty Five Percentage for SC/ST/PWD categories from a recognized institute. Diploma / Certification in Admin Secretarial & PA/ Executive Assistant / Secretarial Practice/ Office Management of at least 6 months duration is desirable. 
Essential Experience (As on 01.05.2025): Minimum 5 years of concerned work experience as Secretarial Assistant / Secretary, or similar roles.

Age Limit for BPCL: (As on 27.06.2025)

1. Junior Executive (Engineering) – 32 years

2. Associate Executive (Engineering) –  32 years

3. Junior Executive (Accounts) – 30 years

4. Associate Executive (Quality Assurance) – 32 years

5. Secretary BPCL – 32 years

Pay Scale for BPCL:

1. Junior Executive (Engineering) – Rs.30000-120000/-

2. Associate Executive (Engineering) – Rs.40000-140000/-

3. Junior Executive (Accounts) – Rs.30000-120000/-

4. Associate Executive (Quality Assurance) – Rs.40000-140000/-
